I placed an order at 18:43 and made payment. I called at 19:56 and was advised that the driver has just left and my order is on its way. I called at 20:58 and requested to cancel my order and demand a refund and the lady dropped the line on me ... i mean, it's 2 hours later, Nandos took less than 30 minutes. All i wanted to do was cancel, what will i be doing with a pizza at 21:03, it's 3 hours past my supper time. May i please have a full refund or i will process a Statement of Dispute and swiftly go into your bank account and reverse my money!
