Debonairs horrible service

Worst service I will be taking this further . I received a text at 20:29 my order has been accepted and it's now 21:49 & I'm still waiting this is not the first time I have received this terrible service.. I think your staff does this so they can enjoy the pizza.. pathetic .. oh I have called in to call center several times but have not got to speak to anybody just music playing and then my call gets cut off. Live chat does not respond either. Worst service ever..
