Debonairs horrible service

Poor service received(twice) from Debonairs about query 451798. I have sent emails, twitter messages and complained on the query website but no action has been taken. No calls from Debonairs, no emails as to how this will be sorted. The second time after this complaint, I ordered and received dry, overcooked and burnt pizza. Though another pizza was delivered over an hour later, my poor sick mother had to eat that pizza as she had to take medication. I think the store doesn't take their customers seriously to deliver poor service TWICE to the same customer who still has an open ticket.
