Debonairs - Horrible experience

This evening at 7:00pm I phoned debonairs and ordered pizza for delivery . One hour later I still didnt receive my pizza, therefore I called debonairs and they told me the driver is out and they couldnt tell me why my pizza still hasnt arrived so the driver came one and half hours later and I asked him why he was so late and his response was that debonairs had no chicken, so if thats the case this should have been informed over the phone so I could have made a decision whether I was going to take it or leave it , that is a lame excuse and very unprofessional. Debonairs didnt even call me to inform me that my delivery would be late of any sort. Im very disappointed as this is poor service and a waste of airtime. This was at the Newlands West branch.
