Debonairs Hlahatsi Service is Disgraceful

On the 24th I went to Debonairs Hlahatsi bought a pizza More meaty with Crum crust triple decker and I have to say what I got was a disgraced, the cheese griller was loose you would swear that it was eaten by a rat before I was sold to me the middle base was crunchy and burned on the side. The pizza cost me R 194 yet it looked like it was prepared by a four year old.

I spoke to the customer care and the manager called on Sunday and told me she doesn't know what happened she will call me back after she has done her investigation its been 24+ since she promised to call me back managers name is Regina.

I was ripped of by debonairs and it seems like no one wants to take accountability ripping me off or selling me disgraceful pizza or is this the way debonairs treat people from the locations because i believe if i was from the Suburbs the treatment would have been different
