Debonairs Hillcrest unacceptable customer care

I placed an order via the app at 6pm. I eventually called the branch at 7pm and was told that due to a backlog of orders the delivery will be late, and about another 20 mins. It has now been 2 hours. I have called both the branch and call center 7 times. I have got through twice, afterwhich I was told I was being transferred, and then they hung up. The other times the phone just rang out. Still no news whatsoever, and seemingly no hope of contact. If I was told it would take this long I would have licked it up, considering I only live 2km from the branch!
