Debonairs Hatfield gives the franchise a bad name.

Debonairs Pizza Hatfield really does not care about their customers. First, a few months back, I ordered online and my order never came. They did not have the courtesy to call and tell me that I should rather make alternate arrangements in time as it was already late and restaurants were closing. I waited hours. Secondly, they have a habit of taking over 2hrs to arrive with your order. No call to apologise for delay and app does not allow live tracking. Nobody orders FAST food with the intention of waiting 2hrs. You can never reach them on the phone when you would like an update regarding your order. I am genuinely so upset that this behaviour is not once off but their regular MO.
