Our order was place 20:47

We received a message saying delivered 20:47

Called 22:16 they informed order is out

Called in 22:39 they informed us 5 min

It is now 23:06 Still no delivery or any call with updates

This is really unacceptable and the lady that answered each time when calling is very unprofessional and unhelpful.

I have never had such bad service anywhere before
