Debonairs has the worst service from branch and customer care line

Horrible experience in debonairs in savannah mall. I have also mailed head office Friday and still no response, no wonder why debonairs is rated worst pizza place at this stage. Friday, i ordered a Pizza 17:17 the evening, oky so I know it busy so i ordered early enough so I can leave at 18:00 to go home. Which gives it almost an hour. About 18:00 i went to pick up my pizza and they said i have to wait another 10 min. So i was calm and waited another 10 to 15min. When I went back , I watched the time when the cashier told me to wait ANOTHER 10 to 15 min, it was already 18:23!!!!! Thats over an hour!!!! I then asked for a refund. And left. I will insure that everyone i know knows about the terrible service from the customer care line as well as the fact that we have to wait an hour and a half for a damn pizza!!
