Debonairs has the most pathetic service is SA

2 days ago I have experience another common, yet most inadequate service from a company yet again, and this company being Debonairs. I drive 3 hours home from a business meeting, and I'm way too tired to cook food. I decide at 7pm at night to rely on Debonairs to feed my family. I place an order on their app at 7pm, it gets approved at 7:08 by the store. I have screenshots but for ease of reference, Debonairs Klerksdorp Shop 8 Central Point. And hour later I call to follow up on my order, to get put on hold for another 10 minutes. Lady on the other side advises that the driver is on his way with the food (time is now 8:15pm) . after another half an hour and no one pitching, I decide to call customer care to be met with even more inadequate service from Thando. I gave her all the info, whereby she would phone the store and get back to me. It's 2 days later and I still haven't received a word from her. Anycase, time is then 9:10pm and still no food being delivered. Now Debonairs has put the onus on me to drive around town at after 9 at night to try and find food for my family, without any excuse. The driver finally gets to my house at 9:20 pm for the delivery (bare in mind the store advised he was already on the road at 8pm) without as much as an apology. I obviously sent the food back as I had already driven around town and found an alternative.

Point is, do not rely on Debonairs as a quick alternative to dinner, they will definitely let you down as even the customer care team has no regard for anything.
