Debonairs had their last chance!!

<p>I am truly disappointed in the service we received from debonairs!!! We ordered pizza at 18:38 at 19:50 we still had no delivery. After calling the manager - Anele (who was very rude and unprofessional) we were told the driver had left already. At 20:14 ( Keep in mind we are only 7.4km from lifestyle) the gate called us. We also contacted the Complaint manager Mike, who also kept on telling us that Midstream is not part of the 5km radius for delivery this is why it is taking so long. Why promise a free delivery if you can’t keep up with it, rather have me pay for the delivery than have me waiting an extra 60min. I prefer my pizza warm and fresh. This was the third bad experience from Debonairs LIFESTYLE centre as well as the very LAST ONE! We got EXCELLENT service from S******s, Believe it or not ONLY 16MIN!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p>
