Debonairs Greenstone are literal *********

On the 23rd of May 2020 I ordered a pizza on the Debonairs App at precisely 17:48 – in the amount of R179.80

I received a confirmation number and everything. After waiting an hour I decided to call the branch. No Answer. Kept trying and no answer. Finally at around 19:02 I got through to an automated response… they closed at 19:00.

So they simply closed for the day while having outstanding orders… Literally just taking my money and showing me the finger.

I then called the call center the next day and asked for a refund. They said they would get back to me. Nothing…

Then three days later I called again. Gave them all my details and requested a refund. Nothing again…

My girlfriend then posted on their Facebook. No response.

So at this point in time, over a month later I would like to let everyone know that Debonairs Greenstone are literally *********. They will ask for your money and not give you anything in return. And if you request your money back multiple times they won’t give it to you. They don’t give a ****. It’s basically the definition of theft.

IN FACT, the one time I got ****** back in 2015, I asked the ******** who ****** me to please just give me back my Driver’s License and ID from my wallet. And he did… A common ****ing ***** is more honourable than Debonairs Greenstone.

And to make matter worse, I haven’t eaten Debonairs Pizza in probably 6 years, because the last time I did it tasted like it was made using the cheapest ingredients known to man, and then flopped onto a sloppy base and presented as a pizza. The fact that they are so large in SA is astounding. Even Romans Pizza tastes better – and their food already tastes like 3 day old frozen pick n pay pizza. So I decided, “let me give them a chance, maybe they have improved since 2014”. Well I guess I’ll never ****ing know will I. Perhaps my order fall off the bike on the way to me and is still lying in the gutter decomposing and full of flies. In which case it wouldn’t taste much better than a fresh Debonairs pizza anyway.

As far as I’m concerned they can shove their **** where the sun don’t shine (In other words their greedy thieving ******** assholes).
