Debonairs Grassy Park terrible service

Good day. I would just like to share the terrible and unacceptable experience I had with Debonairs Grassy park last night. At 6:16 pm I had placed an order for 4 medium pizza on the app to deliver, but there was no live tracking so I phoned the branch to make sure they got my order and they did. Every hour that passed I phoned the branch just to check in with what was going on with my order. The last phone call was at 21:22, where i was told that the driver was on his way. After 10 pm the branch had closed and I still did not receive my order.

Ended up waiting 4 hours for a order that did not arrive.Absolutely terrible service.
