Debonairs Grassy Park Manager

I am extremely upset about how the Manager at grassy Park Debonairs handled my situation when placing a order for delivery.

I placed an order then they accepted the order 3min later to recieve a call from the manager who's name is Enock and he refused to give me his surname as I made a general statement while I had him on speaker saying and I quote "are you ****ing serious"

Not swearing at him niether directing the comment to him.

I cannot understand how the store takes the order... The money get deducted from my account just for them not delivering in my area and he tells me I need to walk to get the driver 2km from my house for my order.

I am totally disgusted at the unprofessional attitude of this manager Enock

My last money in my account now I have to wait 5 days for a refund and my family must go hungry all because the manager of Grassy Park store makes his own rules when it comes to where they deliver.

I chose the grassy Park branch as it's much closer to me than wetton... And strangely enough I have never had a issue with debonairs wetton delivering a order at my house.

This is utter nonsense.

I will not rest until something is done.
