Debonairs Grassy Park #*****

I placed an order yesterday and still waiting for the pizza. Called up 10 times and being passed back and forth to a store which is Debonairs Grassy Park that never answers their phones. This is the second order that went wrong and the worse part I still didn't get my refund. This is the most appalling service I ever had. Your call centre agents , untrained , speak English properly drops the line on your , pretend that they can't hear me then not knowing I am a call centre team manager I know call avoidance. The store is even worse pathetic service. I will never recommend Debonairs to anyone.
