Debonairs Grand West pathetic service

This evening I was first in line after standing in the line for maybe 10 minutes. It wasn’t that busy as the concert happening in the grand arena just finished. Once I was next in line, I stood there and the cashier / helper literally didn’t look up and was busy on the computer. No acknowledgment of me whatsoever.

Another cashier / helper then came to the other till and proceeded to call the next person who was the person behind me. I told her I wasn’t served yet and she said the other cashier that was so busy on the computer would assist me.

She didn’t. And after the other cashier finisher with the person behind me, she called the next person in line and also helped them.

In short, they didn’t help me and I left. Absolutely pathetic service from the staff and absolutely no care for who was helped and serving customers.

I wasted probably 20 / 25 minutes waiting in line like a person should only to be ignored! Pathetic service.
