Debonairs Grabouw and call centre

Wish I could give no stars because Debonairs Grabouw and the costumer centre deserves none. Made a R700 order and pyment on the app. More than an hour later and three follow up calls and no pizza no answer. No phone call from either the store or call centre to inform of any difficulties. Wonder how ling it will take to get my money back.
