Debonairs Goodwood over 2 hours delivery
I ordered online at the Debonairs in Goodwood and I live less than 10 mins away but have been waiting for my order for over 2 hours now.
The online chat is unhelpful as the only way to get help is by contacting the store itself. I've been calling for an hour and no one is picking up.
It's no use cancelling the order as you can only do that by contacting the store, and they are not picking up.
I've never experienced such terrible service or waited for an online order for this long. I don't even know if I'll receive my order at this point.
Definitely the first and last time using the Debonairs delivery service
