DEBONAIRS GLENWOOD IS TRASH

I ordered 1 x Death by Chocolate and 1 x Chicken and Mushroom Medium Pizza on 09/10/2021 at 19:20 pm in Debonairs Glenwood on Francois Road and paid via card. I waited the whole night for my order but there was no sight of the driver. The app said that the driver has arrived and I have received my order, but the driver did not arrive yet or even call me at all. I called the Debonairs call center and they said they are looking into it. Hours went by but still no response. I called again and the lady said she will try calling the manager. I received no call back afterward. I went to bed without receiving my order. The next morning (10/10/2021), I called again and reported the same issue. They said they are looking into it. I even went on Twitter to try and express my concern about how delayed my order was. At this point, I wanted a refund. The Debonairs Twitter account said I should DM my order details and contact number. I did so. Hours went by, and still, no help or update was received. I called again (At this point, I think I have spent R100 calling Debonairs) and the lady said they are sending a driver. This was around 14:00, so it has been almost a full day since I placed my order.

The driver came, gave me my order and said the delay was out of his control and I should call the shop to complain. When I look in my bag to see my order, THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG SIZED AND FLAVOURED PIZZA. They gave me a small instead of a medium, and feta and tomato instead of the chicken and mushroom I ordered.

I am so exhausted and frustrated by the inconvenience and unprofessionalism that Debonairs has displayed in the past few hours. I am so disappointed, and angry. I have never had such a frustrating experience before. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK.
