Debonairs get your act together

I placed an order around 16:00 today at debonairs at the crossing Mafikeng, after several attempts to call them and place the order, but no one was picking the call. It is really a disgrace to call this restuarant a fast food outlet. I waited for more than 2 hours, without receiving my order. I couldn't stand the lack of client relations that was executed by the staff there. They literally vanished without informing us about what causes the delay. Myself and other customers asked for a refund and we left the shop more hungry than we came in. My kids were so disappointed.
