DEBONAIRS GEM CITY, PHOENIX BAD SERVICE

I ordered pizzas from Debonairs in Gem City Phoenix My order was incorrect. I paid and collected my order at 15H29. It is now 17H00 and my order is still not rectified. I made abt 5 phone calls to them to rectify my order and couldn'tqget any help. I finally managed to speak to the manager who asked me to send her a picture of the incorrect order which I refused to do after all the incompetence I received from them ( its not the first time I've had this problem with this specific branch) The manager finally agreed to send me the correct pizza and said all she can do is apologize for the inconvenience. The last time it took abt 90 mins for me to receive my corrected order. Im not sure how long I will wait this time. I live approx. 2km away from this store.
