Debonairs Ga-Rankuwa

Debonairs Ga-Rankuwa offers the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. I placed an order on the app and it was successful, even gave me a tracking number and all was well. 2hours later my order is still not fulfilled and whenever I call the resturant to query it, the consultants hang up the phone just after telling me my Pizza is not ready, thus avoiding having to take/answer any further questions I might pose to them. This is frustrating because My family and I have been waiting for over 2hrs now and there seems to be nobody willing to assist. And this is not the first time something like this happens!

The staff there lack empathy and most of all they are rude to customers over the phone. I personally feel like they are in desperate need of customer service training and coaching.
