Debonairs full of excuses for overcharging

I placed an ordered on the Debonairs website for pizza on Wednesday. The payment went off twice. I called them the branch to advise them they told me to wait for it to be reversed. I then called their complaints department and was then told to sent an email with the proof of payment and other particulars. Once that was done I was then further told to WhatsApp my bank statement and the same particulars. Today is Saturday still do not have my money at all. The service is so poor I will Definitely not be ordering from them again. The pizza was even way smaller than what I expected and they got my order wrong. I ordered a rib and Macon pizzas, instead I got rib and spicy chicken. @Debonairs give me my money back as your service and quality sucks!
