Debonairs for what??

I bought a pizza ? it took forever as usual when it came eventually it was squashed such that the toppings were stuck on the other side of the box, when I called they promised anaother pizza which took another hour to come! Iv heard people asking me why I still order at Debonairs...today I got the reason! I wish I can get the refund
