Debonairs Fichardtpark long waiting time

We phoned the branch at the Southern Center today 17 October 2020 at 12:57.to place an order. The lady told us that the order would take between 45 minutes and 1hour.... fine so after a hour we decided to phone to hear whats going on. The lady then told us that the driver got lost and that they have to prepare a new order for us...we have to wait another 45 minutes to a hour. Best thing of all is that we stay less than 500m from the center. Really didnt expect this from this branch. We normally dont have issues with them.
