Debonairs false advertising

I am very upset with Debonairs Pizza false advertising. They always advertise on TV that their delivery is free. I have been charged delivery fee twice now and they maintain that its the new rule since December. Please help us Hello Peter, because I don't know if I am being ****med or not.
