Debonairs fails to deliver. Literally.

Ordered online from Debonair's Pizza in Makhanda. Included a R20 tip for the driver. This was around 7.30pm. By 9.30pm the pizza had still not been delivered. No email, no SMS, no delivery, and when I tried to phone the shop I was told it was closed. When I tried to find out online what was going on (after having to identify five different tortoises the right way up to prove that I was a human) I was told my query could only be dealt with during weekday working hours. Debonairs, please don't tell me you came to my house and no-one responded — I have a Ring video doorbell: no-one came. What must I do now to get my payment refunded? Don't offer me a voucher, because I have no intention of ever ordering from you again.
