Debonairs fails to deliver.
I placed an order on the app, after an hour I hadn't heard from anyone and saw the store had closed 30min after my order was placed. I paid online so I assumed that I would still be receiving my order as I got an sms, after much trying I eventually got the after hours manager who says her driver was here and they tried to call me but my phone was off. The very phone I was calling from, also my security at our complex said they were never there. I since ordered from Uber eats and have received my food thank you very much Debonairs for the amazing service yet again. How about that free pizza if it's cold and my money back?

29 Jul 2019, 18:39Debonairs has contacted me and sorted out the issue, the manager JP called me and personally made sure I received everything I ordered and offered me extra, however all I wanted was my pizza and he made sure I received it.
