Debonairs failing to keep up with month end demand

The service I got from Debonairs was nothing short of horrible. We ordered pizza using their app..we paid only to be told they won't deliver. We called to find out if we can collect no response, I understood as it was month end . Was promised a refund within 5 working days it's been a month. The branch in question cannot give me answers I am fuming
