Debonairs fail to deliver in every sense

We ordered 2x large pizzas, one with crammed crust, yesterday at 17:45. At 18:45 the pizza still didn't arrive, after which I called the Highlands branch where I ordered from. They then re-created the order as they couldn't get hold of the driver. At 19:45 I phoned again as the pizza still didn't arrive. At 20:04 the pizza finally arrived, with the driver saying that he delivered the previous order to the wrong address and didn't want to let the branch know as he would then need to pay for it himself.

When finally we sat down to eat the pizzas it was a far cry from what we were used to getting from Debonairs: the pizza bases were extremely thin and dry, the ingredients few and tasteless and the once-cheese-grill sausage used in the past for crammed crust replaced by a tasteless, bleak processessed thing.

We ended up re-heading left-overs we had the previous evening. What an utter disappointment and waste of money.
