I placed an order online and i was waiting for the delivery of the order the driver called and told me to come outside the mall to get my order since he cant deliver inside the mall.

Is that how the system works? I told him i cant go outside the mall since i am at work and he also said he cant come to deliver inside the mall, since he has orders of other clients i dont understand what does someone’s oder have to do with mine,I am so disappointed. The delivery guy said if i cant come out then he will cancel my order because he has orders for other people… He cancelled the store that i ordered at is Soshanguve pick n pay and my order number #***9 he called me using this number ***.
