Debonairs Eyethu - Rude staff

Debonairs Eyethu mall- I received a very bad service. I bought a real deal with coke at the self ordering machine and was told theres no cool drink, and was rudely told that there is no compensation or refund and after 12 real deal is no longer R30. The ladys name is Phathi I doubt its her real name.
