Debonairs EYETHU. I am disappointed

I have never been disrespected by a manager at Debonairs Eyethu mall. No show of remorse after my order was captured wrong by a cashier and did not take accountability when I raised my unhappiness of the order. I had ordered 2 pizzas on the double and explained to her that they need to be 2 meaning 2 separate boxes. On my return to pick up my order I found an incorrect order. I then advised that this is not how I wanted it. She went and called her manager who told me that she will return my order because I ordered wrong and she won't waste her stock...is Debonairs hers. Its a pity I could not get her name and the cashier in charge. But it was on the 24th of April around 17:00 in the afternoon. Is this how the staff is trained to not understand customers where they come from and instead she tells me that next tike i must order right. Do I work at debonairs to know how orders work and where is customer education, she was instead sarcastic and humiliated me infrint of customers and her staff....is this how they treat us in the black communities because I doubt I would have gotten the same treatment where class was different from here.
