Debonairs Extremely Bad Service

We ordered a pizza at Debonairs Pizza South Gate at 6pm and paid R15 for delivery, 6:45pm still we didn't received our order at 7:12pm I recieved a call from them that my order will be 30 minutes late. I waited and by 8pm I still haven't received my order and I called them 10 times and no one picks up my call and it already 8:55 then I decided to call the customer care line and I spoke to Ashley Williams who said he'll get back to me but never did.

I only received my pizza at 10pm and it was cold, I asked the drive why my pizza was cold and he reply by saying they very busy today and apologize. My question is what happen to "if the dot if black, it free" .

It not the first time I'm experiencing this with Debonairs Pizza which is why stopped buying there pizza but yesterday I begged my wife to buy your pizza since it has been a while we had Debonairs and still nothing was change, bad service as usual even customer care couldn't assist.
