Debonairs Escombe: Pathetic Service!!!

29 December 2020 I ordered a meal from Debonairs for my parents over the age of 65 years old at 17.15PM. We never received the order. The store manager calls me with an attitude to say the driver delivered the pizza the the wrong customer. Its not her fault. I asked her who the driver works for and that it is their fault. She called me at 20.40PM. I am appalled at Debinairs for the lack of customer service. My parents have underlying conditions and my dads glucose leveled dropped waiting for the food. I had to call their neighbor at 8.30pm to give them a meal to eat. Debonairs customer care is useless. Their response time is pathetic and I will never support them ever again.
