Debonairs Ennerdale staff need training (Reading s****s)

Always order on app and add topping most of the time and staff at Ennerdale debonairs always manage to mess it up. Why have a slot to add special instructions but they never look at it. They and my topping to any pizza they feel like. On the app it asks to customise each pizza but then it is never made the way I request. This is now the 4th time and even when I go a step further to even call and advise after I place the order ( I make it even easier by inputting on special instruction and state which topping should be put on which pizza) I think all staff need training on this. Called for invoice 94442 for them to collect and please bring my proper order and also for the store manager to call me. Had to call back and ask why the manager is not calling me and call center agent said he will call me. Time of second call 18:32 on 17 Sept. Time of first call 18:20 and at 18:45 (25 min) later still no call from store manager
