Debonairs Engine Silverton Worst

I've had the worst experience with Debonairs Engine Silverton, 2nd time ordering from them and they delivered raw Pizzer that is not rightly cooked. I called the manager 5 times to please exchange the meal, the staff and manager stopped answering my calls (phone 29 times), the pizza was collected an our later (17:49)and the pick up driver told me he will come with my refund, no one called nor pitched up with my refind I phoned them 3 hours later(20:42) asking if I'm getting a refund or exchange and they told me to speak with MrDelivery and they hung up on me. I would totally not recommend that place to anyone!!! Worst service ever!!!!!!!
