Debonairs Elim, Limpopo

Good day, kindly assist me. With clarifying a few concerns I have.

The other day I called the call center and asked to place an order for deliver(Elim mall, limpopo) . I was told delivery isn't operational and I must go to the store, ans I placed my order for collection, this was done at 17:49. When I arrived there I arrived there, it was 18:10, I bumped into the delivery guy. First thing I Asked myself is, if delivery isn't operational, what is he doing. I got to the counter, I was told my pizza was on the way. 18:45 I was still waiting for my pizza. Manager refused to come and clarify the delivery issue nor ensure I got my money back as I had waited an hour for the pizza (considering the time. I placed the order) on tbe other hand, the stFf was very rude ND laughed while I. Requested a refund as they had taken longer. I also requested at around 18:30 that they delivered since they were taking forever and they refused to do that. I only got my pizza at 18:47.

Upon getting home, after taking a a few bites I realized the pizza had pineapple which I have recently discovered that I am now allergic to. The last time I checked that pizza does not have pineapple. If I wanted to **** myself with my allergies I Would have just ordered something with pineapple. I could Not even return it coz the kids had already eaten and now I had to Rush to a doctor to get meds for my allergy late at night.

Please assist with clarifying:

1. whos money is worth delivering for. We don't go to the store to make friendships so that we qualify for delivery.

2. Why did the manager refuse to come and address us regarding the issue of delivery.

3. Why did I have to wait 1 hour for my pizza. In avoiding the wait I requested delivery they refused and even laughed in my face making nasty comments like I wasn't even there.

4. Why did I have pineapple in my pizza.
