Debonairs Eldoradopark Awful Service delivery.

If I could give zero stars, I would.

I ordered from Debonairs Eldorado Park — the “On the Double” pizzas with 4 wings — at 18:22. I couldn’t pay online due to an error, so I chose pay on delivery. The estimated delivery time was 18:54.

After that time passed, I called to confirm my order. They assured me it was placed and said they were experiencing high volumes and a driver would be dispatched soon. I then called about five times over the next two hours, and each time I was told the same thing: the driver is on the way.

The store closes at 20:30, and even then I was still being told that the driver had broken down and another driver would assist. No one ever contacted me proactively to explain the situation.

It’s now well past closing time, and I still have not received my order.

This is, without a doubt, the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Poor communication, empty promises, and zero accountability. I won’t be ordering from here again — not even for collection.
