DEBONAIRS - ELDORADO PARK - PATHETIC SERVICE

I placed an order with Debonairs Eldorado Park over the weekend. When placing my order I was told that the order will take 45 minutes. After an hour has passed I had to call to confirm where my order is. The driver, Si****a Makwande, eventually came and pulled, pushed and banged on my gate, sounded like my he was going to break my gate and pull it off the rails. No phone call to advise that he is on his way or that he has arrived. I am very upset, appalled and irritated by this kind of service.
