Debonairs Eldorado Park is useless

We ordered at 16:12 and at 18:16 we are still trying to find out if the order would still be delivered. The call centre kept relaying different messages from the branch and each a different story. They don’t stick to service level agreements as set out by the franchise and treat customers like they do not matter, you’ll swear it’s an informal business in some squatter camp of some sort. Debonairs Eldos, you suck!!!
