Debonairs eersteriver ****py service and rude staff

My husband went to debonairs eersteriver n bought to pizzas, when i phoned him he just went to sit down so i asked him to change the one pizza flavor so he went back to the till and the lady told him no coz they almost finished with it, so he asked how can that be if he just ordered it. The lady then said he must pay another R40 to change the flavor. When he got the pizza they gave him 2 of the same flavor, so he rather left the shop coz the lady was already rude and he didnt still wana make a scene. When i phoned there i spoke to a lady yolanda and she through the phone down in my ear. Most ****piest service ever.
