First the order is late and then the pizza looks like that and I get the wrong cooldrink.

Not sure that I’ll ever order from your branch AGAIN. It leaves a bad impression of your workmanship and how you conduct business, especially in the food industry.

The above was what I posted on the 6th of May 2023, since then all I asked to fill in a form online and then they went silent up until today, when I got a mail to apologize but not refund or give me a voucher for the bad quality pizza that was disgusting.
