Debonairs dube service failure.

I orderd a pizza at 17:44pm today on the 29/09/18, the pizza only arrived at 20:00 at night and they have policy of when the pizza arrives with a black dot its free. I have been waiting for my pizza for over 2hours and I only live 5 Min away from the store and the worst part is when the driver arrives he was rude to me when I told look the spot is black he said " he said his what do you expect I was lost" ( bothel ) that's his name. I'm very disappointed and upset customer . Imagine he even threatend to take the pizza back to the store after waiting for over two hours on top of that I was hungry and forced to pay for the pizza as it was already late. I would like my refund for the poor service and not practicing your policy
