DEBONAIRS Dube and Maponya Mall bunch of bullies and illiterate's.

Hi I placed an Order at Maponya Mall Debonairs paid online had to wait 2hours for my order, called their contact number 3 times questioning as to why my order is taking so long. Upon delivery of my pizza it was cold. i asked the delivery guy as to why did he take long he told me that they did not have the crust to make the crammedcrust pizza, when i opened the pizza was not in shape it jst ddnt look right. i drove back to Maponya Mall upon arrival at the shop i asked for the Manager and everyone was afraid to point out as to who and where is the manager, after waiting 20min to speak to whoever in charge i walked inside till the back office. i found a lady who advised that the managers are in a meeting how can she help me related my story to her then she called a guy who pretended to be the manager. The guy asked me how much did i pay for the Pizza and immediately went to the cash draw and wanted to refund me and told that they are sorry i can now leave the shop or order something else or see if i can take this matter where ever i can find joy. i left the store after 2hours again i placed another oder with and option to pay with card on delivery, again that order took 3 to 4 hours when i called the shop i was told that management advised the debonairs stuffmembers not to ever take or deliver any orders to my address. incident date 31/01/2021. today on the 08/02.2021 i place an order on line, my order number is ***0 store is at Dube Debonairs and still i had to wait for 2hrs 30min,called their contact centre spoke to a lady that confirmed that my order left the shop 4min ago and she gave me a direct number to the shop. i call the shop spoke to a guy by the name of Witness who advised that he needs to check my order number on the app he will call me back,15min elapsed i call back he advised he is unable to locate my order number, after i questioned him several times asto how is it possible he advised that he received strict orders form management at Maponya Mall Debonairs not to take any orders from my address, it is best that i come and place an order at the store. i asked the guy the name of the manager who instructed him to advise me such, he jst kept on sayin management.i then hangup. i buy pizza almost every second week but the experience (wooo shame) i will never ever forget, honestly my rights as a customer where abused till date i fill belittled. clearly i will not have Pizza delivered to my house ever.
