Debonairs dry pizza
To whom it may concern.
I thought I was going to let this go but I got more angry as I got more disappointed on my order when I got home and to make matters worse , whoever responded to my complaint on Google maps gave me a link that is not working, I had to rewrite and double check . I need this matter taken into hands seriously
I ordered a meat cram decker at 17:15 ok the 2nd of December and I left to pay my accounts in other stores , I came back at 17 :35 , my order was not done nor even started , the guys at the kitchen argued with each other, apparently I overheard the other guy saying he never saw this order , the trainee who was checking for me came back ,didn't know how to explain what was discussed in the kitchen and they didn't even give him any explanation or even estimate the time for me to check again , I felt like cancelling my order and demand my money back. But I tried to remain calm ,my order was done at 6pm, only to find a burnt and dry pizza , less sauces and and few squares of of ham at the base and the only ingredient in it was only ham all over the pizza, nothing else mentioned on the menu,it was dry and hard on the base , I don't think the staff is trained enough , I'm disappointed in this store's service by that time I had to explain to my child why the pavillion pizza is different to other Debonairs.😡, after trying to warm it thinking it might be softer it got more dry ,the one line sauce got dry too, it was horrible and had no Debonairs taste. What a horrible experience of spending R215 on a 3 layers or dough , if I wanted to eat a dough I would have bought my self a roti and cooked a nice curry for myself and it wouldn't even cost so much.
