Debonairs dry bread

I hardly ever give bad reviews about companies but Debonairs?? I'm so so upset guys, this is not on. When I spend over R200 (Uber eats) on a meal I expect something decent. Your "triple deckers" are definitely not what you guys advertise. I ordered from Bloemfontein Southern centre and I received dry bread, LITERALLY. I understand you guys are trying to save but please, not at the expense of your customers!
