Debonairs driver did not deliver my order & the staff is not refunding for my order

I ordered a 2 triple decker with a 1.5 Coold drink combo today at 12h00, midday from the Kayelitsha restaurant. As I am writing my review it is 16h44 and I still haven't received the order. When I went to pick it up from the store, their *********** staff told me I had to wait for their *********** driver as he "had already left with the order". I am never buying anything from them ever again. No communication no notification was ever made to me to inform me of the whereabouts of my order. Their useless call center is also not assisting.
