Debonairs don't make promises you cannot keep.

Ordered pizza and subs for friends for dinner. waited 1hr for the delivery only to be delivered cold pizza. Called Debonairs to bring this to their attention, but all I received was a sorry. Debonairs should never make promises they cannot keep to the clients. We are paying quite a lot for your pizza's the least you can do is provide a good service to paying clients. And also please remove the promise on your box that the dot will be red when presented to the customers. This promise is rarely kept but on a rainy day to get cold pizza is nothing less than disappointing especially when you have a guests over. Your poor service delivery and zero consideration for paying customers will ensure that my friends and I will never be giving business to debonairs Eden glen again.
