Debonairs doesn't care about its customers

On the 12th of May at 17h32 I ordered 2 pizzas via a phone because it was my daughters birthday and I waited until I called at 19h35 only to find out that these people did not do my order at all and this manager was rushing me over the phone to tell me that the staff has gone home and they are closing the store there's no pizza there he will call me the following day. On the 13th of May I waited for his call but he never called until I called around 15h40 and he said to me my order was not gone and i wasn't the only one we were 3 clients whose pizzas were not done and that's it nothing else instead he promised to call again unfortunately the manager of LORRAINE DEBONAIRS PIZZA has not called again and till today debonairs has not responded about my emails that I wrote to complain. I hope this reaches the relevant people.
